Weekend #2

It was another busy excavation day on Friday. Above, volunteers sift and staff members excavate in Grid 92. Below, volunteers and staff excavate a probe, haul dirt and take levels on the material they are uncovering. 

In Grid 23/24, volunteers work on distinguishing what is architecture and what is collapse in the southeast corner of the grid.

During excavation in Grid 23/24, pieces of painted plaster (fresco) were found.
