More staff members are arriving by the hour.

We are shifting to the official dig schedule tomorrow. Cars will leave promptly at 5:00am for the 15 minute drive to Tel Shimron from our temporary home in Mizra and we have a lot to do. Tomorrow is the first of three days hosting local students for a day of archaeology. The majority of the staff will be digging with or holding small group seminars for the students. Others will be finishing the organization of the pottery compound, preparing equipment, and otherwise making sure we are ready for Seminar Day with our volunteers on Wednesday.

Excavation in all grids begins on Thursday.
